Having Trouble Viewing Cope's New Website?

If you are having trouble viewing Cope's new site, you may be using an out of date Web Browser.

Following these guides, you should be able to update your browser to the latest version of any of the following browsers:




Upgrading to Internet Explorer 11

First of all, you need to visit this link: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-GB/internet-explorer/download-ie.

On that page you will be able to download the latest version of Internet Explorer, which is version 11.

Click on "Get Internet Explorer", which will initiate the download process.

A pop-up box will now appear at the bottom of your screen asking if you wish to run the file, or save it.

Click the arrow next to Save, and select "Save and run". This will begin an automatic download and install of Internet Explorer 11.

Once it has installed, the computer may ask to restart to complete the installation process. Make sure you restart, as you will not be able to access Internet Explorer 11 until your computer has restarted.




Upgrading to Mozilla Firefox

First of all, you need to visit this link: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/.

On that page you will be able to download the latest version of Mozilla Firefox, which is version 35.01.

Click on "Free Download", which will initiate the download process.

A pop-up box will now appear at the bottom of your screen asking if you wish to run the file, or save it.

Click the arrow next to Save, and select "Save and run". This will begin an automatic download and install of Internet Explorer 11.

Once it has installed, the computer may ask to restart to complete the installation process. Make sure you restart, as you will not be able to access Mozilla Firefox until your computer has restarted.




Upgrading to Google Chrome

First of all, you need to visit this link: https://www.google.com/chrome/index.html.

On that page you will be able to download the latest version of Google Chrome, which is version 40.

Click on "Download Now", which will initiate the download process.

A screen will appear asking you to agree to Google Chrome's Terms of Service. You can also choose to set it as your default browser if you wish. Once you are happy, click "Accept and Install".

Chrome will then begin it's automatic install process, which will download Chrome to your computer and install it in one go.

When this screen has disappeared, you should now be able to use Google Chrome straight away.




Upgrading to Opera

First of all, you need to visit this link: http://www.opera.com/computer/windows.

On that page you will be able to download the latest version of Google Chrome, which is version 40.

A pop-up box will now appear at the bottom of your screen asking if you wish to run the file, or save it.

Click the arrow next to Save, and select "Save and run". This will begin an automatic download and install of Internet Explorer 11.

After clicking "Save and Run", a new screen will appear asking you to confirm that you wish to install Opera. Clicking "Accept and Install" will begin the install

When the install has finished, you should be taken to a page thanking you for your download, and Opera should automatically open.
